About me

Chris Way grew up in New Mexico and joined the Army as a combat medic, serving one tour in Iraq attached to the 6-1 Cavalry in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation New Dawn. After completing his service, he graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in environmental biology and education.

In 2020, Chris entered the pool industry, driven by a long-standing interest that originated from his family's ownership of a pool in a drought-stricken area. He was motivated to create a practice that reduces water waste and finds innovative solutions to pool issues that are particularly challenging in such environments. To fulfill this vision, Chris formed his business to address the industry's need for quality-trained professionals who can cater to the varying requirements of both nationwide companies and small, local operations with just a handful of technicians.

Meet Casey Brooks, a skilled trainer and lead writer with over a decade of experience in technical writing. With a background in information technology and communications, Casey has a passion for translating complex concepts into clear, concise documentation that is accessible to a wide audience.

Casey began his career in the tech industry after graduating from University of Central Florida with a degree in Information Systems Management. He started as a technical writer at Citrix Systems. At Citrix, he developed user manuals, online help systems, and training materials. His ability to simplify intricate technical information quickly earned him recognition, resulting in promotions to lead writer and trainer roles.

In these positions, Casey has successfully led training sessions for new hires and conducted workshops for teams across various departments, enhancing their understanding of technical documentation best practices.
